95% treatment success vs 32% control

FDA efficacy population: 20/21 Oxyglobin-treated dogs achieved treatment success versus 9/28 untreated controls; p≤0.001.

Intent-to-treat population: 73% (22/30) vs 29% (10/34); p≤0.001.

Treatment success meant no need for additional oxygen-carrying support for 24 hours. This was not a survival endpoint.

Pivotal multicenter field trial: 64 client-owned anaemic dogs; 30 randomized to Oxyglobin and 34 to untreated control.
